The prospectus of the Chelsea Football and Athletic Company, Limited, has been published, and the capital is £5,000, in shares of £1 each. A stand, capable of accommodating upwards of 5,000 people, is now in course of erection on the ground at Stamford Bridge and the accommodation to be provided will enable 100,000 spectators to watch the game.
