Stockport County, the Second League club, have this morning effected an important transfer, having signed on Tommy Green, who last season played with Queens Park Rangers (Southern League). Two seasons ago Green played centre forward for Stockport County, who obtained £300 from Middlesbrough for his transferred to that club, with whom he remained one season.
