Liverpool v Manchester United – postponed

January 4, 1908
This important League match should have been played at Anfield to-day, but owing mainly to fog the fixture was postponed. The ground was very hard, owing to heavy frost, and about midday fog descended, and although not very thick it was impossible to see from goal to goal, and the referee, therefore, declared that it was impossible to play.
