A new FA Cup trophy to be ordered

The Council of the Football Association met at Cromer on Saturday afternoon under the presidency of Mr. J.C. Clegg.
A resolution was passed that the present Football Association Challenge Cup, having been duplicated without the consent of the Association, be withdraw from competition, and a new cup offered, the design of which shall be registered, and the Finance Committee be requested to obtain design to submit to the Council for approval.
