James Bradley, the Liverpool and Reading half-back, has returned to the Potteries. He has signed for the Stoke club, to which he returns after an absence of eight years. Bradley, who commenced his senior career with Stoke in their old First League days, was transferred to Liverpool in 1905. He spent five years with the Merseyside club, and has since had a couple of seasons with Reading, during which he has played regularly for the first team. Bradley’s experience is expected to be of great value to the Stoke club, who have a number of young players on their staff.
