Tom Miller and Robert Pursell await S.F.A. ruling

Rangers have received Everton’s permission to play their former player Bobby Parker, the brilliant schemer and fine exemplary shot; and Alex Raisbeck’s team have “dittoed” in the case of Tom Miller, of Liverpool. Both these transfer – and others, of course, including Robert Pursell’s depend on the S.F.A. ruling tonight.
