To-morrow a match arranged by the North End Club, in aid of the National Footballers War Fund, for which games will be decided all through this month, is to be played at Deepdale between an eleven representing the club and that which is raised from the R.F.A. at Fulwood Barracks.
Both teams will be string, a number of League players, including James Fay, the well-known Southport and Bolton half-back, appearing on the club side, and Causer, Kilner, Capt. Wakeling – who is coming over from Fleetwood – and Hardman, on that of the artillerymen.

Preston North End: Arthur Gaskell; Strickland, Goddard; Eddie Holdsworth, Fay, McGuire; Clifton, Hosker, Lavery, Green, and Barlow.
R.F.A.: Causer; Roy Kilner, Capt. Wakeling; Taylor, Hardman, Williams; Dawes, Goodhind, Thomas, Bogle, and Williams; reserves, Pemberton and Thompson.
