The Lancashire Football Association report a loss on the year of £79 4s. As the ordinary income amounted to only £25 6s, and the expenditure to £125 13s, a sum of £46 1s. from the investment account, and a balance in hand of £14 13s. were swallowed up, leaving an overdraft at the bank of £39 10s.
This has occurred in the absence of the ordinary source of revenue caused by the suspension of competitions during the war.
