Hector Lawson, who is making Harry Chambers such a fine wing partner in the Liverpool attack, is not a “big ‘un,” being little over the 5ft. 6in. mark, yet he is proving one of the cleverest wing raiders Liverpool have had for many a long day. Lawson is a graduate of the Shettleston junior club (Glasgow), and after a few games with Cambuslang found his way to Glasgow Rangers, who handed him over to Liverpool last month.
