A middle aged man, James Green, commercial traveller of Wolverton Street, Liverpool, dropped dead at the entrance to the Liverpool football ground yesterday. Along with two companions he had almost reached the turnstiles when he was seen to lean against a wall and collapse. When a doctor was summoned Green was found to be dead.
