Davy McMullan, the Irish international, who recently returned from the United States, has arranged with Liverpool, on whose transfer list his name appears, that he can receive a free transfer to any Irish club. It is understood that should McMullan be again transferred the Liverpool Club will participate in any fee that may be paid.
