Elisha Scott, who was selected to play for Ireland and cried off through injury, was compelled to keep goal for Liverpool against Derby on Saturday, as Arthur Riley, the regular goalkeeper, would not be allowed by the doctor to play owing to a poisoned leg. Scott, who has a damaged ankle, did good work, and helped his club to get a point.
