Cyril Gilhespy, the former Bristol City outside right, was yesterday transferred from Blackburn Rovers to Reading. The Ashton Gate club secured Gilhespy from Liverpool and transferred him at the end of the 1928-29 season to Blackburn. He is a brilliant winger on his day, but inconsistent.
