Elisha Scott, the Liverpool goalkeeper with over 20 Irish international caps to his credit, has accepted an invitation to join Belfast Celtic, the Irish League club, as player-coach. Following the refusal of Liverpool to allow Scott to sign for Everton, he decided to retire from football in May.
