Wednesday, November 20 – 1935
A popular cat called Bill, belonging to Mr. Harry Lowe, a Worksop licensee and formerly captain of Liverpool F.C., disappeared. After three days Bill was found living about 100 yards away from home, on the premises of Mr. J. Lowe, another licensee.
