Liverpool sign on a Buckie boy

A Buckie boy has “clicked.” A. Smith, the Thistle inside-right, as been signed by Liverpool on excellent terms, and Calder, the Thistle centre, who is also on trial with Liverpool is to have another trial.
He played at Anfield last week, but the ground was too heavy. Should Calder not fix with Liverpool a Scottish First Division club is prepared to sign him.
