At the Buckie Thistle annual meeting the treasurer reported a loss of £11 on the year’s working, even allowing for the £100 they had received from Liverpool following the transfer of Alex Smith. The number of season tickets sold had increased greatly, but for this there would have been an even bigger loss. The drawings on the gate had been poor and it was to be hoped that bigger crowds would attend during the present season.
