For their cup-tie with Liverpool, Stockport County make two changes from the side that drew with Chester. Smith plays in place of Fred Jenkinson at right back and Harker appears at inside left in place of George Sherwood. Alf Lythgoe is still unfit and Law retains his position at centre forward.
