Tranmere Rovers fined £10

The Football League announces that a commission has fined Tranmere Rovers £10 for signing as a professional Harry Gould, a player registered as an amateur with Liverpool Either Liverpool can agree to Gould remaining with Tranmere, or the Rovers can agree to his transfer as a professional to Liverpool. If there is no agreement the League will provide a solution.
