The death of Ronnie Sewell


February 6, 1945
Ronnie Sewell, former Burnley and Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper, who was capped for England against Wales in 1924, has died in hospital at Lincoln, aged 54. He was a licensee in Lincoln for many years. In 1926 Sewell toured Canada with an England team.
