Portsmouth team in road crash

Mr. Jack Tinn, Portsmouth secretary-manager, and Jimmy Stewart, the trainer, were hurt in a road accident yesterday when, with the team, they were returning from Bolton.

The coach in which the party were travelling collided with an American Service vehicle fifteen miles from Portsmouth. Mr. Tinn was cut and bruised and Mr Stewart suffered slight leg injuries. None of the team was hurt.
