Liverpool, the uncrowned champions, yesterday began their build up for their assault on the European Cup next season – they agreed to pay Manchester United £30,000 for England Under-23 inside forward Phil Chisnall. Chisnall will give his decision on the move today. It is likely to be “Yes.”
