Tony Waiters signs for Burnley

Tony Waiters who quite his coaching job at Liverpool at the beginning of the week, signed for Burnley this morning, after having his third talk in a week with Burnley manager Jimmy Adamson.

Waiters has already started training with his new club, and Blackpool who still hold his registration, will receive a nominal fee. Adamson said:
“We are delighted to have signed him. As a goalkeeper, he will improve our playing strength, and he will also assist the coaching staff.”
