I hear that both sides are actively engaged in making preparations in view of next season. The promoters of the Liverpool club are sparing no pains to secure a really first class team, and one or two journeys have lately been undertaken to Scotland with that object in view.
What success has attended these efforts I must leave the future to disclose?
