George Livingston transferred to Sunderland

The Sunderland directors have signed on George Livingston, the inside left forward of the Heart of Midlothian club. Livingston is 22 years of age and 5ft 9 ½ in. in height, and is regarded as the capture of the season. The new player was in the Scottish team that met England in the Players’ Union match, and had been sought for by the Glasgow Rangers, Everton, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Bristol City, and other clubs.
