Sam Hardy and Jim Harrop refuse to reside in Liverpool

Liverpool are parting company with Sam Hardy and Jim Harrop because they cannot acquiesce in the arrangements to reside in Liverpool. Previously they have been permitted to return to Rotherham and Chesterfield after the matches. Jack Parkinson is also unsigned by Liverpool. He is an ex-internationalist against Scotland.
