Tom Watson to-day secured the transfer of Robert Ferguson, centre half-back of Third Lanark. Ferguson has been six seasons with the Glasgow club, and is a big, bustling player, with a good speed, and very effective in breaking up. He stands 5ft. 10½in. and weighs 12st. He should considerably strengthen the Liverpool team.

Bob Ferguson, the Third Lanark centre half-back, has signed on for Liverpool F.C. He has been six seasons at Cathkin Park, and was formerly with Cleland Rangers.
