By the way, Messrs. John McKenna, John Asbury, and Richard Lawson Martindale Snr. come up for re-election, and should be assured a return ticket. I believe that Councillor Cross has been nominated for election. The club’s balance sheet is not yet ready, but it will show a record profit, and I should think the sum will be in the neighbourhood of £10,000.
